With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Shipping & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

Hassle free returns
If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund equipment, parts, accessories, and clothing for the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or are defective. Bicycles can be returned or exchanged within 7 days if in like new condition. If as determined by our service technicians that the bike is no longer brand new condition the return may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Merchandise returned that appears used may be subject to a restocking fee.
You may also ship an item back to us if it is defective or not to your satisfaction. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.

Spend some time in any bike shop and you'll see the brake squeezer. It's a person that, uncontrollably, squeezes the brake lever on every bike they walk by. Even the hydraulic disk brake bikes that don't have a rotor or spacer in the caliper. Sometimes it's not the brake squeezer, but an accident. Maybe the lever got pulled while trying to pack a bike for transit or putting it in the back of one's car. Either way, the pads have now advanced, and to push them back out to clear the rotor you'll want this piston spreader.
The tapered edge helps to get the tool between the pads regardless of how far advanced they'd gotten and the total thickness of the tool helps to make sure the pistons are retracted as far as they'll go.
It's also a useful tool to retract the pistons before bleeding brakes or changing pads. Failure to do so can lead to some pretty annoying problems.
