Hassle free returns

If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund equipment, parts, accessories, and clothing for the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or are defective. Bicycles can be returned or exchanged within 7 days if in like new condition. If as determined by our service technicians that the bike is no longer brand new condition the return may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Merchandise returned that appears used may be subject to a restocking fee.

You may also ship an item back to us if it is defective or not to your satisfaction. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee.

Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.

Longer and Slacker Than Ever - Rallon also has a lower standover height and works with longer dropper posts. With two suspension positions and two choices of rear wheel size Rallon is also more adaptable than ever before.
Mullet Compability - Choose 27.5” or 29” rear wheels without affecting geometry using the two included shock extenders.
Steep 'N' Deep - With steep seat tube and deep insertion Rallon has one of the lowest standover heights around, meaning lots of space for your choice of long travel dropper posts. Get that saddle right out of the way when things get steep and deep, long travel droppers are the only way.
